Cleaning
Northpark provides daily (Monday through Friday) janitorial services to all customers beginning no earlier than 6:00 pm. All janitorial personnel are required to wear identification badges and smocks. Normal nightly cleaning includes vacuuming carpet, sweeping/mopping tile floors, dusting, emptying trash containers and spot cleaning any glass partitions and doors.
Periodic services (weekly, monthly or semi-annually) include waxing and buffing tile areas, washing of air diffusers, washing interior windows, spot cleaning carpet and dusting window blinds. Carpet shampooing, and cleaning of microwaves and refrigerators is not included in the scope of standard services but can be provided for customers by our janitorial company for a nominal cost.
To reduce the possibility of potential problems regarding trash removal, the janitorial service has asked that all boxes be labeled as such. The janitors will not remove any boxes unless they are labeled trash.
After 6:00 p.m. when offices are generally closed, the night janitorial staff has been instructed to lock all entrance doors during and after the completion of cleaning. Any questions or comments regarding janitorial service should be directed to Northpark Management at 770.668.8000.
