400 Northpark is an 18-story, 586,256 rentable-square-foot office tower with two garden office levels above a five level parking garage. A bridge, which includes retail space, connects the garden level to the office tower on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Flame-cut granite walls with stainless steel accent stripes, polished granite floors, solid-core African mahogany doors, polished chrome
lever hardware and fully landscaped rooftop garden set a tone of

600 Northpark Town Center is the newest building in the complex.
Its architectural design complements the existing buildings while
creating its own distinctive image. The stepped façade incorporates
Dakota mahogany granite accent bands with bronze-tinted vision glass.
The main lobby is richly detailed and features Dakota mahogany
granite, Botticino marble, and mahogany finishes. A similarly finished
plaza court offers convenient vehicular access for tenants and guests.

A major addition to this network is the Sandy Springs MARTA station.
Northpark and MARTA partnered to construct a pedestrian tunnel that
