400 Northpark

400 Northpark is an 18-story, 586,256 rentable-square-foot office tower with two garden office levels above a five level parking garage. A bridge, which includes retail space, connects the garden level to the office tower on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Flame-cut granite walls with stainless steel accent stripes, polished granite floors, solid-core African mahogany doors, polished chrome lever hardware and fully landscaped rooftop garden set a tone of warmth and elegance for the building.

Building structural and operational systems are all above standard and state-of-the-art to service today's office environments. Building amenities include a conference center, restaurant, health club, newsstand/sundries shop, and numerous other business-oriented services.

500 Northpark

A fully landscaped roof garden with outdoor dining terraces and a walkway connection to the office tower is one of the many unique features at the 18-story 500 Northpark office tower. The 515,735 rentable-square-foot building features polished and flame-cut granite finishes with solid core, full-height Honduran mahogany doors.

A restaurant, newsstand/sundries shop, dry cleaners, hair salon, florist, car detailing establishment and mail center are located within the building for the tenants' convenience.

Zoned HVAC, structural systems and operating systems have been designed to enhance technologically advanced office environments.

600 Northpark

600 Northpark Town Center is the newest building in the complex. Its architectural design complements the existing buildings while creating its own distinctive image. The stepped façade incorporates Dakota mahogany granite accent bands with bronze-tinted vision glass.

The main lobby is richly detailed and features Dakota mahogany granite, Botticino marble, and mahogany finishes. A similarly finished plaza court offers convenient vehicular access for tenants and guests.

Floor efficiency, HVAC, lighting, and electrical distribution and service for the 425,729 rentable-square-foot office tower exceed typical building standards in the marketplace.

Transportation / Transit Accessibility

The central Perimeter office market has the largest concentration of Fortune 500 companies in Atlanta due to its excellent transportation infrastructure.

A major addition to this network is the Sandy Springs MARTA station. Northpark and MARTA partnered to construct a pedestrian tunnel that allows convenient, safe, covered access for all Northpark tenants, clients and visitors.
